Does anybody have any recommendations for what I should do to try to get pregnant I had prenatals vitamin B6 and Folic acid pills. Are there any foods that I should eat or anything that I should avoid?

vitex Chasteberry I recommend this to everyone. you can look up some success stories on YouTube

I tried Maca root it didn't really help but I'm gonna continue taking it

have you talked to your ob? start taking macca root my ob has me on that as well as fertility drugs @samdab1995

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.
