be careful with fenugreek and continue if directed to by your LC or doc. It can make your baby gassy and can do the complete opposite and crash your supply. Most women experience their milk increase for a few days then drop drastically. There is a reason most LC's don't recommend it.

yes! it works amazing!!! i take em i take 3 of em 3x a day! if u start smelling like syrup its cuz its working!!!!!!!
