When you move states can you just transfer Medicaid for kids or would I have to re apply in the new state??

Yes that is what I would do I just moved to Wisconsin from Ohio and I had to do the same thing 😊

@lena512, @tyrasoto90 so should I keep the Indiana Medicaid until we get to Florida then call & let them know we moved and go apply for Florida Medicaid? Both my kids have it not me. One is 5 and the other is 5 months. (Right now)

yeah you would have to reapply for medicate but wic transfers from state to state

. i think it only transfers from county to county with out interruption. Every state has different guidelines.
