Belly button popped?

When did your belly button pop out? I'm 24 weeks, mine still looks completely normal and some girls around the same week as me have already had theirs pop.

Anterior placenta and belly buttons

I had anterior placenta with my first pregnancy and have it again with this pregnancy. My belly button hasn't come close to popping out and I was just wondering if there is any correlation between your belly button popping and anterior placenta? Those that have had it let me know if your belly button popped!
