Is it okay to dye your hair while pregnant? I've heard Mixed answers.

I got told it is okay along as it was in an open area....but I dyed mine with the kind that didn't have certain chemicals in it...I forget the name at the moment

I've heard yes and than no same with nails but I say as long your in an open area or a mask on will be okay ?

Doctors say to wait until 2nd trimester since chance of miscarriage goes down cause crucial development is over, just incase.

Ammonia free is best

as long as it is amonia free, it is fine.

I dyed my hair when I was pregnant with my daughter but it was in my 2nd trimester, I'm still in my first so I was mainly wondering when it's safe. It was answered though, thanks ladies. :)

I heard it's okay to dye your hair but only after your first trimester and in a well ventilated area.
