so my son is 8 months old and has started acting like he doesn't like his formula anymore. He has been on this formula since he was 2 months. I have tried different bottles a supply cup and making it at different temperatures but nothing has worked. He's only drank about 5 ounces all day. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with this

I understand...maybe offer water in a regular cup throughout the day. if he's teething it might not put pressure on his gums. hopefully dr calls back soon.

@eskawho, he is eating lots of solids throughout the day and I am waiting for the doctor to call me back. I'm just worried about getting dehydrated again

Sometimes it takes a while. My LO is 7 months old and got her first two teeth at 5 months. She went on a bit of a nursing strike.

is he more interested in real food. I know about 8 months we decreased the amount of bottles and sometimes she looks forward to food so she doesn't drink much...we offer drinks of water throughout the day. or it could be he's gassy and maybe gripe water will help...I would call his pediatrician to see what you can do for him so he is getting enough fluids.

Maybe teething? Sometimes babies don't want to eat if they are teething badly.
