possible pubic symphysis - meaning - the hips may be separating or "spreading" a little and could be doing so a bit unevenly. I'm experiencing some of that ridiculous lower back and hip pain today as well. :( it only seems to bother me really bad if I lay flat. try getting comfy on the couch with your shoulders against the couch arm and your legs slightly bent at the knee. it helps me a lot. but if nothing seems to help - call your Dr. that's what they are there for.
