I won't be doing shots, so 3 months sounds good.

although no Claire's or Icing asks for shot record proof just patents parent ID and filling out the paperwork.. that said I personally wouldn't get my daughters ears pierced to they were 2 months

actually I managed an icing and you can get a babies ears pierced as soon as they get there first set of shots.. that's usually around 6 weeks to 2 months
