well... I walked for 1 1/2 hours..I don't think it did much good. I feel him pushing on my hips but not down in my pelvic bone area :( don't think he's coming this weekend. boo!

I have been bouncing on a exercise ball and walking :( I have no access to steps..@emiliasmommy15, he's just stubborn

Try waking up and down stairs and also squats, that helped me😊
