Omg. So this might be tmi but whatever. I've had the mirena iud since May 2015 and it legit just came out while I was removing my tampon. Am in supposed to do something or what??? Please help.

I'm not sure but if that happened to me I wouldn't try to put it back it. I would say you need to get another one. just to make sure no infection happens

I wouldn't try to reinsert,call your OB and make a appointment for reinsertion
