Is the arrow pointing right at the girl part ? Are the feet up?

It was barely a line . like 2 lines. It just looked different from my other 3 boys sonograms at that time.

I found out at 15 that it was a boy and it looked like this little thumb sticking out. Then went back at 18 weeks and still was a boy!
