As much as it hurts you that he is not around, it doesn't change the fact that he is the father. Regardless it is your decision, so make the one you can live with and have no regrets!

He may be the father, but you're the one that carried him, you're the one that's going to raise him. Just because he "planted the seed" doesn't mean a damn thing unless he's a part of it. It's your child, he should have your last name.

No. My sister in-law went through the same thing. She gave her daughter her last name. Her father isn't even on the birth certificate. If all they did was donate sperm then that is YOUR baby. You do what you want.
