Did anyone have any problems with the mirena IUD?
@justinjrsmommy, thank you so much! I had never even heard of paraguard. It seems like a much better route.
almost a year. i got it because it's nonhormonal and it's supposed to last 10 years if i need it to.
@justinjrsmommy how long have u had paragard? I am planning on asking my doc about it at my 6 wk postpartum appt
I have paraguard iud. seriously best birth control ever! ✌no pain at all except the cramps weird periods and minor spotting sometimes.
I had mirena and it gave me horrible cramps the entire time and then I'm guessing it fell out because we couldn't find it even after xrays and mri. I didn't find out it was gone until after I got pregnant and ended up having a miscarriage because the hormones weaken your uterus.
mm rsmoore, it fell out??? I've had mine in for about a month now and everything was fine until about two days ago, I've been having really sharp pains in my lower abdomen and I'm bleeding again. I've heard stories about it getting inbeded in some women's uterus and I'm freaking out.
me neither and before I heard of it I thought depo would have been the best option but I had a friend who had it and she told me about it. @oliviasmommy0927
