I swear to god if my dog doesn't stop taking a shit on the floor in my son's nursery and dragging…

My dog did the same thing once we set up the nursery. She would crawl under the crib and shit. And I wouldn't notice it until a few days and it started to stink really bad. She's no longer allowed in the babies room. lol

I have two mastiffs. My male keeps sniffing all the baby things and we don't have much yet. I'm so afraid he's going to pee on something.

unfortunately the door to the nursery is missing a knob and we have to go out and buy one. but she's in heat and she acts like she has no sense when she's in heat. safe to say she's spending the day in her kennel til Her daddy comes home to give her a talking to.

@payitoffnow, oh man. my boy did pissed on the bassinette. my boyfriend went to town on that ass and we hasmd to buy a brand new one bc it was stained so badly, washing it wasn't helping

@xbbycolletto You could probably find a cheap baby gate at a thrift store if she doesn't stop. My in law's chihuahua used to come in here and pee on my clean laundry and her furniture marking his damn territory. I love dogs, especially mine, but I was ready to kick their asses.

I wish. she's a German Shepard and golden retriever mix. she can jump just about anything of not climb and our boxer pit bull is pretty much the same. it's impossible to keep them outta that nursery. I just wanna replace the whole door at this point. it's one of those doors with a window on it and has the chain lock, but only from the inside 😧 @sarahrachel0715

my dogs have gotten really bad about pottying in the house because its been cold out and me nor the dogs wanna go outside. my female at least only goes on my linoleum but my male shits right in front of our front door on my carpet. and hes been sick lately so its not even solid most of the time.

@pixiestix, it's no even acceptable for our dogs, because they know if they need to go to let us know not to mention they get taken out every other 2 hours. so for all this to be going on is ridiculous. one is outside on his chain til my female dog is out heat. !it she's coming close to becoming an outside dog til it passes if she doesn't stop using the bathroom in the house

they sell doggy diapers. lol sounds silly but ive already bought some. both of my dogs are still under a year and my female hasn't gone into heat yet. i hate them pottying in thd house but id rather them poop on linoleum than my carpet by far. lol

diapers don't work. she chews em off :/ so she becomes kennel bound for a few hours then she's let out to use the bathroom and eat then roam lol @pixiestix my dog hasn't been right since she had her puppies last year. I think it messed her up. she was 9 months old. and my boxer pit got her on her first heat when we were trying to separate them

that could have something to do with it. puppies on her first heat could really mess with her. just like with girls, dogs arent mentally or physically ready to mate. it messes with their bodies pretty bad.

yeah. it's just Becoming so much of a chore for her. I love her to death but witg being pregnant and my boyfriend working two jobs, she makes it so hard just to care for her. we've talked about giving her to a new family we KNOW will be able to be good to her. but I've had my baby girl for almost 2 years now. and it's a hard thought but with one dog that misbehaves then a baby that's gonna be here soon and my boyfriend working two jobs. it may have to happen. and people jump down my throat about it when they hear about it. it's like.. what do you expect us to do. drop everything to continuously try and get her right again while someone is working two jobs, one person is pregnant and all get out, and the baby will be here soon? we don't know how she's gonna act around our baby that's another thing that scares us too. as well as the other dog. he's too rough and rambunctious. so we're gonna have to give it 4 months and see if there's a transition and if things get worse we'll have to give both dogs to a new family. @pixiestix

have you thought about getting puppy fixed. it would probably help.

do what you think is the best option for your family. i have honestly considered getting rid of mine because hes quite the handful. i just am not ready to give up on him yet. lol hes a dingo pit mix and was constantly kept in a cage by his previous owner. scared of almost everything but hes such a lovebug and hes become my baby. he just has a lot of skin issues and hes hard to handle and sooo hyper, but he does great with my 5 year old and i love his personality. lol

@brenking, we can't even afford to put gas in our own car. and we still owe money from when we had to put down our puppy bc he had parvo really bad. and we're so behind on Bills. as well as we owe so much money to people that the amount hits up in the grands :(

@pixiestix, that's what it is for me too. I have faith she can somewhat to better. it's just been a year and it feels like she isn't clicking when you try to work with her. :(

humane society has vouchers for spay and neuter.. we have had 2 animals fixed by them it was a godsend. just go in and say you need a voucher and I think it's like 50 bucks for one and 70 fr another, I can't remember completely but it helped.. your dogs are acting out bc they want attention before the new baby comes.. it's hard to break this but the door will help @xbbycolletto

@gypsy.soul2, we'll have to go look into that! but for the acting out part. they've been like that even before my pregnancy. they're just both not the brightest dogs. lol and for Bailey I do think it's because her first litter of puppies messed her up. but either way if I can get her behind spayed. then that's one less issue id have to deal with. because these two...ive never seen a boxer pit so scared of another kinda dog before in my life til he tries to mess with Bailey, she bit his face the other day and his nose bled like crazy. so that's when we put him back outside.

@xbbycolletto I know your pain. I have American Bullys and nothing will keep them out of where they want to go. Thankfully they don't mess with the babies stuff. But my little dog is horrible.
