So, a little what would you do. I went to urgent care Wednesday for still being sick. The doctor I saw diagnosed me with an upper respiratory infection, told me to talk to my OB and see if she would recommend amoxocillian. I was supposed to go the next day, so figured no big deal. I had to cancel because I also had pink eye and couldn't drive. Since then, I have gotten somewhat better, but still wake up in the middle of the night having trouble breathing. Like, sounding like a whooping cough commercial. I have amoxocillian from the last time I had an infection and never took it. Would you take it since that's what the doctor said she'd put you on and I'd rather not go the whole weekend waking up not breathing?

If it's not the liquid one I would it's a antibiotic she said she'll putt u on so if she prescribed if while u were preggo then it won't do any harm to u or baby...

No, because it may not be good anymore. I'd just call your OB's office and explain it. Maybe they could call some in for you!

@mommagotbump16, it is still good. it was prescribed while I was pregnant and is good for 6 more months. @myboocoming that's my reasoning. it was originally prescribed when I was pregnant, but I always try to get better naturally and I did the first time. this time is going on almost 2 weeks

When I had my son 2 years ago, my Dr gave me the same thing for my bladder infection, I totally recommend You to take it especially if you have an infection don't want anything to go wrong

@lafayelove, thank you :-) I didn't take it the first time because I felt like it was still too early in my pregnancy and didn't want to risk something, but I'm 31 weeks now and it's just too much anymore.

Yea you are fine, that's when my doctor gave mines, it's nothing harmful, all the antibiotic does is clean up the infection you have, you should be fine @emily18234
