At work, there's been some problems with our manager and no one wanted to speak up. For some reason (I'm guessing my pregnancy hormones), I got the courage to talk to her about our issues with her....and I didn't hold back. I told her the truth even though some of it was a tad bit harsh. Should I say sorry? Or should I take my coworkers advice and just keep going about my life like I did before the convo? They're all happy I did it. Just confused on what to do lol.

I would apologize for being harsh but make sure she knows it's still how you feel

Nothing you can do now. I don't think it was hormones, give yourself more credit than that. There was an issue and you found the courage to speak on it! You should feel at peace now. I mean, this is the place you work at to provide for your family. It should be as simple an environment as possible, minus your manager's extra crap. If your manager is the right kind of person, they will fix the problem.

I would go back and explain to her why you were harsh (no apologies) just let her know that you've been having issues with how things were and you really care about your job and hate seeing it being like that and that it came a bit harsh because of it. you shouldn't apologize it's what you were feeling.

@kassileo, @abeals04 @tayek @nikolaismommy thank you ladies. I did go back I try to tell her that I didn't mean to be harsh but when my work place comes to the point where I have severe depression and anxiety, I can't just sit back and watch what happens like I use to before I got pregnant. My health is important and it's not easy getting another job while already expecting. It's just that she keeps talking to everyone else about our convo instead of talking to me. It's a stick situation :( I appreciate all the support and advice though! Hopefully this all gets better in time.
