This is my favorite ice cream and I was so sad I couldn't have it, but then I found out the eggs in the cookie dough are pasteurized, which gives a green light. I ate two in the past two months and we are healthy and happy :)
Pasteurized means it goes through a process that kills the bacteria I think. My husband is a chef and explained it to me but with this pregnancy brain I forgot lol

Its not recommended for us because there's a possibility of salmonella being in it

But as far as I know, only the Ben and Jerry's cookie dough is safe

I just assumed it was "safe to eat cookie dough" like made without eggs... you can make your own egg-less cookie dough
