I agree with @bc8509 . For my God nephews my mom looked on yard sale sites. She found people selling clothes for $2 brand new with tags. Toys included. Other than that check local stores and keep an eye on sales.

I work in the infants department at Walmart and the garanimals clothes are super cute and cheap. On clearance they're anywhere from 1$ to $2.50 each and normal price is $3.88-$4.88 each we stocked up just because they were cute and we could get a lot for the money.
