what are you guys think about day care I don't know if I want to put my child in it or not I hear…

I worry about it too

the daycares I went to as a child weren't that great...I'd have to really get to know the staff before I let them watch her

I had my son in a Christian daycare and we LOVED it.. then I had to get a different job and the new daycare was AWFUL (they had good ratings and very clean. the caretakers had degrees but they were rude! and my son cried on the way and it broke my heart) so I took him out right away and now he goes to a small in home daycare with only 4 other kids around his age. the lady has a teaching degree and is on board with everything I ask of her. less kids=less germs. my son loves going to daycare and I couldn't be happier being able to work and know he's safe. I'm picky but it's all about finding the right daycare.

I'd honestly wait until you child is old enough to talk and be able to tell you if they are mistreated. Just my opinion

I wouldn't go the daycare route personally just because it is SO expensive and unsafe in my opinion. The kid to adult ratio is never balanced and my baby sister went to daycare and she developed a bad gag reflux because they fed her and would lay her down and not pick her back up for hours so she would spit up and developed acid reflux. She is also a particularly hard baby to burp, you have to dedicate ten minutes and practically beat her back to get it out and they never took the time to do that

@conor2015, I would go with a "nanny" that's what I would do if I had to work

right now I'm not working but so or later I'm going to need a job to help out feed him and stuff
