So I never used to have lower back pain. When I had my daughter 2 years ago I got an epidural, now that I'm pregnant again mind you I'm only 6 weeks and 2 days, my lower back exactly were I got my epidural is killing me it hasn't in the last 2 years but now it is! I'm not sure if it's related but man it hurts 😰
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
okay so I need HELP! I took castor oil with juice about 2 hours ago and I'm having sharp pains in my lower back!!! they take my breath away :(

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
