I feel dumb asking but if baby is measuring at 21w 3d does that mean I'm now further along or no?

No, it just means baby is bigger than the average baby at your stage. I'm 20 weeks but my baby measures 19 weeks 3 days but my due date stays the same! (I asked the ultrasound tech because I was confused too)
