This pregnancy insomnia will be the end of me :( any good tips to help get some sleep?
I get lavender spray and spray me sheets and pillow and it helps soothe me to sleep
I have found lavender oil and then I diffuse essential oils. and I have a fan going so I don't hear noises and I don't get hot in the middle of the night. or I drink warm milk. sounds gross but it helps me sleep
