I feel huge already at 16 weeks! sleep with a body pillow but can never get comfy. anyone else itchy all over?

I have the itchy problem now I had it for about a week then there was like just one little bump then a week later there was two and now it's like bumps every where so ladies don't itch my pcp said that it could be a rash and spread and not know it intel it's to late to stop it from getting bad.....
