around 3 days or more after is the best results with a darker more distinct line. I took mine one day after the line was crazy faint. I took it 3 days later it was dark.

@caribbeanvegan86, take one in the morning or Sunday and you should have a solid answer. I was a fan of the .88 walmart ones. No need to go broke, especially since you may test more than once
