Nipple question ladies ( sorry for the info below just really need some advice )
Im 20 weeks sunday and oh my lordy are my nips sore there so damn itch but there burning to touch been using nipple cream from superdrug but tbh it doesnt help! I have both my nipples pierced i dont know if that will change anything there also very dark in colour! Does anything have any clue what it could be or weather its happened to them xxx

I've never really had painful breasts other than when I'm out in the cold! They burn and extremely sore to touch to the point I have to take my bra off and dip them in warm water to relieve the pain! Your aerolas the bit around the nipple, will get larger and darker as well as the nipple because this is your body producing milk and getting ready to breastfeed! If it's really sore and unbearable speak to your doctor, it may be pregnancy related Reymands disease! I looked it up regarding my sore boobs in the cold! Do the nipples or the end of them go white?? @sammy96 xx

I know they say the pregnancy hormones will darken your areola's so maybe the cause. I'm currently 8 weeks and occasionally get a burning sensation in my nipples and breasts can be sore at times. X

Hormones and breast preparing for milk supply Hun mine were the same not much you can do about it I'm afraid another joyful pregnancy sign that your body is getting ready for baby x
