What are you confused about?

I've been told you can take up to 12 weeks. but don't have to. minimum is 6. but maybe some work places are different.

I saw that today too and got really excited. I think it's great to have that much time before having to put the baby into daycare or send them to a babysitter. That way they're a little older because at 6 weeks they're still brand new. Just my opinion though.
