i tried sitting in the shower but it didnt work so now im alternating between putting a hot rug on my face n putting my face in a bowl of hot water

@skylerandnoah_mommy, I have sinus pressure all the time. What I normally do is sit in my bathroom with the door closed and let the hot water run.

i have been taking meds since yesterday but this pressure is killing me

sudafed, tylonal, lots of rest , and water
