Has anyone experienced period like pain at 21weeks and bump going hard then soft
Anyone any ideas what this could be?

sounds like Braxton hicks to me, I only had them a few time before my labour but that's what it seems like from what your saying x

braxton hicks but they should really be painless prior to labour x
