my 3yr old hates nap time. any ideas ? 3 1/2 hours of saying go to sleep is ridiculous and I'm getting annoyed.

my daughter will be 4 in July and I been telling her since 9 pm to go to sleep. she's still up talking to her unicorn stuffed animal 😴

My sons three and unfortunately he just gave up on naps about 4 or 5 months ago. Now we have mandatory "quiet time" like playing in his room or reading books or a movie in place of where nap time used to be. Some kids are just done with napping before others.
