I swepted the floors and was washing my second round of dishes and started to feel very lightheaded. Almost like vertigo, and then nausea hit me. I really want to keep the house work up but now I feel awful.

I have vertigo and I completely understand I get super dizzy at times

I have fainting spells too, made it where I can't work right now. Good to know Im not alone in this.
