Anxiety/Panic just sit and take deep breaths in through your nose slowly out through your mouth close your eyes and just focus on breathing. I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks, I've had about 4-5 in the last month or so, if it's something that worries your talk to your dr.

Arrhythmia (palpitations). It gets worse when you are pregnant. Your body produces more blood and your heart gets bigger. I am currently on beta blockers for the same reason. Tell your dr it is bothering you. You can take magnesium and take Epsom salt baths it will lessen them. I was having hem 40-50 times a day, it feels horrible.

maybe heart palpitations is it almost like its skipping a beat ? if so then it's normal
