saw this thing on fb about how my County I grew up in is the highest rate for teen pregnancy and they are having meetings to avoid it. yes it may lead to struggles but babies are a blessing and everyone knows damn well what can happen when you have sex. I personally would be more worried about the amount of teens doing meth and other drugs from my county. a baby won't kill you and ruin your life, drugs will. maybe that's just because some of my old friends were teen mom's and they turned out just fine the druggies I graduated with however did not turn out fine.. ridiculous..

I still think it's important. yes, myself is a teen mom of soon to be 3. but I got luck in having a marriage and money and a good environment for my children to grow up in where as not others are so lucky. they struggle to get jobs or support the basic necessities that a child needs, and so then that child will struggle. a child shouldn't have to grow up struggling. and yes babies are a blessing but it could still be prevented until the time is right, finishing school or having a job or a house, which ever but most teens relay on their parents.

@kelseys, yes I agree with all that but our biggest problem from our town is drugs I honestly think if we cut down on the drug use everything else would slow down too. kids should be kids as long as possible and it's sad to see how much my hometown has changed and not for the better.

they town won't cut down on drugs because drugs is what keeps crime rates up, which causes the police to have jobs and other government officials. its like that everywhere. the only way the drugs will stop is when those people don't want to do it anymore. but just like pregnancy, drugs too can be prevented. its just up to the person themselves, the parent, support system they have and their peers.
