Is it true that nausea and soft stool is a sign that labor is soon to come?

I puked with every contraction! was horrrible!

I felt like I was going to puke right when I was minutes before going into labor the nurse had to hold a trash can for Me. But afterwards I had to start pushing lol

ive been having that since 36 weeks:/ just your body preparing! Thats what my midwife said
