mothers milk tea has fenugreek in it. stay hydrated! eat healthy fats (avocados, almonds, granola) , protein, steel cut oats. have you tried lactation cookies/brownies/smoothies?

The mothers milk has a licorice like taste. I don't like the taste but it is helping I started to pump 1 more ounce every 4 hours after drinking 5 glasses of it. @kenzie15

@rosalinasmami, is fenugreek seed 610mg ok. Also have you ever taken the Brewers yeast tablets and if you have how much do you take?

@tristan-makes-5 610mg is fine, you'll have to take at least 6 pills a day. I usually take 3 in the morning and then 3 at night. Or u can do all 6 if at the same time if like! lol I have not tried brewers yeast tablets.
