I used afrin. I did 2 pumps per nostril and it started working instantly. it's my go to when I start getting sick and my nose is involved lol. my mom uses clearquil and swears by it. I would try one of the other

@andiryan93, what nasal spray do you use? The one they gave me isn't doing anything 😭
