I woke up at five in the morning with contractions but I thought it was just Braxton hick, they kept getting more frequent and then when I went to pee there was this weird looking greenish mucas thing in my underwear. It was probably an inch long and thick. Totally gross lol.

I don't remember losing mine because my contractions were to present, but I don't ink you can even lose it till your after 30 weeks

you can lose it anytime your pregnant it will just grow back I know someone who lost it 5 times while pregnant.

the dr i seen yesterday said you can lose it and itll build right back up so he told me not to focus on that because it doesn't really plug anything lol
