Bad mommy!!! :( I dropped my phone on my baby's head this morning when I was nursing her!! :*( She cried, I cried... It was a cry fest!! :(
Opinions on crying it out? My baby is 8 1/2 months old. I've tried the no tears method and it worked a couple times but now it doesn't anymore. I do squats while holding her and rock her (21 lbs baby) for over an hour each nap all for nothing. My friend said she did cry it out and by the 3rd day her baby would only cry 5 minutes and now he's totally fine with sleeping in the crib. Opinions please? I am the only one who actually raises my kid. My fiancé does not help and I have no family that helps. So it is very hard on me. Thank you Edit: because clearly some of the women on here think I'm a monster. I am an EMT. When I go back to work, I will be gone 24 hours at a time. My daughter is almost 9 months old and cries every minute she is not in my arms. As much as I want to comfort her every second of the day, I can't. And it's better I get her used to sleeping on her own now, than not letting her cry and all of a sudden mommys gone for 24 hours at a time and she completely loses it and I can't just get off work to comfort her.
omg my poor baby! As I was changing her diaper this morning I noticed she was trying to go poop. 😣 it was hard for her to go and my poor baby was pushing and crying and I could see the lil turd trying to come out,but it wasn't comming all the way out. She was trying and crying in so much pain! I held her legs and pushed on her tummy and tried to help. But I couldn't take her painful cries any more.😭 I wiped what I could away and had her stop. I didn't want to her to keep straining!😢😢 poor thing..I know it was hurting her!
Dunno what to do with this child I feed her she pukes and cries if I don't she cries. I've tried the usual things to get her to nap so her stomach can digest what's already in there, if shes puking shes full but nope. Wants to continue this horrible puking, eating crying cycle.

try giving her some infant Tylenol for the pain from the shots.everytime my son gets his shots right after I give him Tylenol until today his shots have been easy he hasn't gotten sick from them or has been fuzzy

@lariza196 fuzzy? lol jk I know what you mean! she's usually ok, last time she had a low grade fever too, but it was gone in a day, and all she wanted to do was sleep. 😳

my son cried so hard a few wks ago bc i was trying to let him sooth himself that by the time i got him to sleep he was still sobbing it broke my heart

@rosalinasmami, infant tylenol should b ok my son was born at 8lbs 10 ounces and ive used it when he needs it since then

@jaxsonsmomma ugh I only have the stuff in the pic right now😧 My doc did mention Tylenol but I don't have any. lol guess I should pick some up my daughter is 6 months. .she's just petite and ity bity😊

acetaminophen is tylonal. just look up the infant dose cart

@kiwii thanks! I found the dosage to give her! hopefully it works! she was crying for almost an hour after she finished her feeding 😧 she's back to napping again
