Took another test this morning and it said negative but I've been nausea all morning and I threw up and still nausea. Ugh I'm so confused

tonight I was told morning sickness comes with girls. have any mommas expecting a boy had any nausea?

Is it strange that I haven't had morning sickness and only just nausea? I know that it's not the same for everyone. But I'm still curious since this is my first pregnancy.
