it can be normal but it is best to contact your doctor to get in and see what is wrong if anything

by 5 weeks the embryo is implanted it wouldn't be that@kaitlynlaura1995996 just call your doctor to make sure. not all miscarriages hurt and yes it could be a period the only person that should be able to set your mind at ease should be your OB NONE of us are doctors.
