Apply the bleach mixture to your hair then wrap your head, you can use like a grocery shopping bag or an actual heat cap from Sally's, if you use a grocery bag then just put it on your head and wrap it tight then clip it or use a hair tie to keep it tight...make sure it's covering all of your hair though....but the bag or cap will keep the heat in and activate the bleach.
