Seriously sometimes you need to just walk away from the situation. Even if you're at work squeeze out some tears in the bathroom and you'll feel better. I feel like I hold my emotions even more now but honestly your really just have to let them go! If you need someone to vent to I know a lot of us probably feel you so vent away!
when I get to overwhelmed & stressed, honestly I go take a nap lol I know that sounds lazy & get 5 year old of me but it def helps, you wake up & feel less stressed it gives your body time to relax & process & who doesn't love sleep!
