Has anyone else been so cold that your nipples start burning and hurt so bad? Im waiting for it to be 9am to clock in for work and Ive been here since 6 am and its really starting to hurt really bad. My whole job is outdoors with working for the zoo so it just hurts now to be outside. Ugh.....

my nipples hurt anyway!! whether it's cold or not!! But the cold do make it worse!!

@saniyah531, they hurt if my fiance messes with them but it really hurts and burns when it is cold.

So mine hurt all the time no matter what too. I put either my cocoa butter or lanolin cream on them. The lanolin cream is almost instant relief, but it is very sticky and feels like glue stuck on ur fingers. Works great though!

i massage mine with rubbing alcohol and it helps alot
