i was dilated to a 3cm at 36 weeks it took 4 days before I went into full blown labor

what made me dilate faster is eating 2 fresh pineapples and walking

I went from a 4 to a 5 in one hour and I was laying in the bed.everyone is different

I walked four four hours straight at the fair... and dilated half cm I was so sad
