ask about SPD i couldnt do anything. sit up lay down bend down. anything.. hurt so bad and my ob said it was this, more severe version of ligament pain and only a few get it. i have it and it sucks

its normal it means your preparing for labor trust me i know what pain ur feeling i had that too really bad
