Does anyone else's neck and back constantly hurt after having their baby?! MINE KILLS ME. Its because I'm constantly looking DOWN. When I feed (nursing) her, change her, or even just to look at her - I am always looking down 😴😩😢

Yes 😣😧 it hurts all the time...I've had a bad back for years but it seems a lot worse now I think....

Try epsom salt baths though and electric blankets or those heated wraps for your back
