That all depends on how tall baby is. But I figure if your pedi didn't say over weight or under weight you should be ok to start with the 1 to 2 recommended ounces

What should their weight be?? She's 22 lbs now.

Everything I've encountered says if their weights good we can introducing it at 10 months

I gave my daughter some at 11 months and she did just fine with it!

I pretty give my daughter everything except honey. Lol I add whole milk to her rice cereal lol

You're not supposed to, just like nuts and honey it's one of those things that baby has too hard of a time digesting and could develop a sensitivity to if given too soon. My sister in law gave my nephew cow's milk before 12 months though and he turned out okay lol
