Some Articles I've Read, Have Stated That TUNA Fish Is Bad For You When Pregnant . . . YET, At WIC, They Encourage You To Eat Tuna! #Confused
tuna safe,? I searched to see if tuna is safe to eat. I haven't had any this,pregnancy and im craving canned tuna. Some places on google say no others say yes its ok. What do you think?

The tuna WIC offers you can eat. Tuna with no Mercury such as Tuna light and stuff you can eat. I ate Tuna when I was about 5 weeks, just ate Tuna light.👍

Of course! 😊 Most Tuna is canned...you can have canned tuna lol just no Mercury in it like I said

From what I understood is you are only supposed to establish a certain amount or less, but wic here doesn't offer tuna until after pregnancy while you are breastfeeding...
