I am not sure how to feel about this! All I know is that if my baby is sticky smelly yucky and bloody I would really appreciate if someone make them clean! It might look rough and all but I think its just fine she needs to be a fast w the bath! And lets remember nurses are not mothers! At home we can take our time and play and caress our babies but in the hospital there is a lot going on!

no. whoever is doing this is got it all wrong. new born is bathed with a cloth. and if the baby is sticky or smelly this is definitely not the right way. and BTW good nurses advice you not to wash off all the white surface on their skin because its their skin protection. this nurse deserves a written up
