@steph411, @mariah0310 I am still doing things I did before pregnancy. Weight, squats, spinning, running and stair master. I took out anything I would do laying down on my back and obviously no abdominal exercises other then side obliques. First trimester I did not work out at all because of fatigue and nausea. I have my body a break. Now I am full force working out 4 to 5 times a week. Being active and eating heathy has been great for my pregnancy. I feel great, do not deal with acid reflux and I really have no body pains. I heard it helps labor go by better 😉 You both should for sure speak to your doctor and just listen to your body.
