So I have a stove I don't know if it's electric and or gas because yesterday I turned on the oven without even waiting…

So I have a stove I don't know if it's electric and or gas because yesterday I turned on the oven without even waiting for it to preheat I put in my hot pockets for like 30 minutes and it was set on low I didn't smell any gas I turned on the top stove I smell gas nothing turned on but it does have a plug so I don't know if it's gas on top and the bottom is electric is that possible? And if so how do I relight it?

So I should be able request ultrasound without having no issues ? Or do I have to have a reasoning ? I keep feeling this…
